What to have handy

The more you can tell us during booking, the faster we can get your machine running again. None of this is mandatory — you can fill it in or call us through it.

  • Machine make, model and serial number (or fleet ID)
  • Approximate hours on the clock
  • What you've noticed — noises, fault codes, leaks, performance
  • Site address and access notes (forklift in racking, gate codes, etc.)
  • Best contact for the day — usually the site supervisor
